Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, the following policy applies: • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. • No-show appointments (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
